Mitch Rotolo Jr. recently spent time at the Tony Gemignani’s International School of Pizza, where he researched different pizza preparation techniques and concepts. The school is affiliated with the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli, is one of the oldest and most prestigious pizza schools in Italy.
