Rotolo’s Pizzeria

Where it all Began.

In 1996, Rotolo’s first Pizzeria was born and raised in Baton Rouge’s famous college bar scene. With the motto of good times and great pizza, Rotolo’s Pizzeria (RP) continues to thrive 30 years later. From homemade sauces, to in-house dough, fresh veggies to friendly smiles, RP is a local spot for families across the Gulf South.

Rotolo’s Craft & Crust

Rotolo’s Reinvented.

In 2016, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust (RCC) was created to honor our traditions while embracing the creativity of a scratch-kitchen concept. With 30+ beers on tap, the same authentic sauce and dough, and a diverse menu fit for everyone, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust continues to expand beyond the South to share the love of pizza.

30+ Locations, One Family

What’s Our Goal?

At every Rotolo’s location, our number one goal is to create the destination to unwind and refuel for customers we consider friends, with a team we consider family, and over flavors everyone loves.

What’s Our Secret?

Rotolo’s uses only the freshest ingredients! We make our original dough fresh daily at each location. Combine that with our homemade sauces and freshly prepared vegetables, and you have a recipe for a delicious meal!

What’s Our Vibe?

Mitch founded Rotolo’s as a protest to the 9-5 world, and maybe also a way to justify spending so much time in a bar. The original Rotolo’s bled purple, gold, and freedom – feelings that carry nostalgia for customers across the Gulf Coast. Now in 2026, we’ve made the change from “just another” neighborhood pizzeria to a destination restaurant that customers look forward to visiting with their friends and family. Rotolo’s is about more than just getting a quick bite. We put thought into our recipes, our drinkmenu, and our environment to create an atmosphere that our customers enjoy.
