Meet the new Rotolo’s Craft & Crust.

Mitch Rotolo opened the first Rotolo’s Pizzeria in 1996 as a protest to the 9-5 office job, and maybe also as a way to justify spending so much time in a bar. The original Rotolo’s bled purple, gold, and freedom at its location in the infamous Tigerland near Louisiana State University.

Over 20 years later, Rotolo’s has grown to over 30 franchises that bring the original recipes to fans across the south. Along the way, we lost much of the original grit that made us great. In 2016, we knew it was time to make a change – to level up and bring our founding spirit back in all of its original grit and honest charm.

Rotolo’s Craft & Crust is just that. Good food, good vibes, no bullsh*t. We’re leaping forward by looking back. Honoring our roots by exploring scratch kitchen creations and even better versions of the authentic recipes that our customers know and love. We’re bringing in a slew of draft beer options so every local can enjoy their favorites. And we’re doing it all in a cool atmosphere that you’ll look forward to visiting time and again.

  • Our food is so good we took home gold at the World Pizza Games in 2016. We trained under pizza masters in Italy and crafted a menu featuring everything we learned along the way.   • Our good vibes make the best times for lunch, happy hour, brunch, game days, or birthdays. (Yeah, all the times.) Come on in, take a load off, and have a drink or two while we fix you up something new.

  • We’re bringing back the spirit you loved at the original Rotolo’s, but without the Tigerland grit and the ‘90s hangovers. We put our heart, soul, and sweat into creating a place that we are proud to share with you.

Whether you’re a lager lover or prefer your beverages with a bit more kick, we have the frosty drink for you on our 40-tap bar. That’s 37 local brews, 2 wines, and 1 signature cocktail flowing into your glass. Let our bartenders pour you a cold one… or two (or more, we’re not judging) while you pass the time and fill your belly.

Not sure about the whole-pie commitment? Try it first on the Slice Bar, where our pizza chefs cut our pies to order for you. The Slice Bar is perfect for your lunchtime appetite or your late night cravings, and we price it by weight so you only pay for what you get. Keep an eye out as we’ll be testing new topping combos on the reg. Our scratch kitchen menu also includes a variety of salads, hot and cold sandwiches, Italian entrées, and our famous calzones to satisfy all palettes.
