A new Italian eatery, offering pizza, beer and more, has made its debut in the neighborhood. The fresh addition, called Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, is located at 9250 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 130.

According to its website, the business, which has four locations in Louisiana in addition to the one in Frisco, is a spinoff concept of Rotolo’s Pizzeria and is an attempt to return to its roots.

On the menu, you’ll find pizzas, calzones, sandwiches, pasta, Buffalo wings and more. Dishes include pizzas like the Figgy Piggy with oil, mozzarella, fig spread, prosciutto, Gorgonzola, shaved asiago and balsamic reduction, and the Big Apple with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ricotta, oregano and red pepper. Then there are calzones like the Bayou BBQ Chicken with barbecue sauce, mozzarella, chicken, red onion and cheddar.

With a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, the fresh arrival seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Stacy R., who reviewed it on Oct. 3, wrote, “This is a great place to take your family, meet your friends and share some high quality pizza. But there is more than just pizza! Loads of craft beers on tap and wine too. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, wings and pasta dishes.”

And Mike G. noted, “Pizza was pricey, but loaded with flavorful toppings. Calzone is a much better value and was also very good, as was the chicken Alfredo pasta.”

Head on over to check it out: Rotolo’s Craft & Crust is open from 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and Sunday, and 11 a.m.–midnight on Friday and Saturday.
