Justin Carr, who worked in the oil and natural gas industry for 10 years, is opening a Rotolo’s Pizzeria franchise in Longview with his wife, Heidi, and family friends Taylor and Blaire Bobo.
Carr said he and his partners chose Rotolo’s because it seemed to be a “good opportunity, a very good business model.”
They are planning to open the restaurant Aug. 29 at 3407 N. Fourth St. It will employ 30 to 40 people, mostly part time, Carr said.
