Pizza, like so many other foods, did not originate in the country for which it is now famous. Unless you have researched the subject, you, like so many people, probably always thought Pizza was strictly an Italian creation.

The foundations for Pizza were originally laid by the early Greeks who first baked large, round and flat breads which they "annointed with oil, herbs, spices and Dates."

Tomatoes were not discovered at that time or, very likely, they would have used them as we do today.

10 Steps To Opening!

  1. Potential Franchisee contacts the Corporate Franchisee Manager by calling the Corporate Office 225-293-2889 or by sending an E-mail to Franchise@rotolos.com
  2. Corporate Franchise Manager will set up a meeting time for Potential Franchise to discuss Rotolo’s opportunities, and will mail Potential Franchisee will receive a Franchise Packet, including all Franchise information, an application, circular offering and a confidentiality agreement.
  3. First meeting happens with qualified Potential Franchisee at the Rotolo’s Corporate Office, where the Potential Franchise can meet with the founder Mitch Rotolo, and ask any questions.
  4. A background check and credit history report is obtained by Rotolo’s Corporate office and reviewed. Franchise review committee notifies candidate that they are approved or denied.
  5. Second meeting between Mitch Rotolo and Potential Franchisee happens. A Franchise Agreement is given to the approved candidate to be signed and the franchise fee is paid.
  6. Site Selection and Training Begin!!!!!!
  7. After Site is selected, Training continues, and Build-out process begins according to Rotolo’s store layout.
  8. Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment are ordered and put into place. Marketing campaign for new locations begins. Interviews for new staff begin. All proper permits and licenses are obtained.
  9. Training for staff, Final Stores Inspections, and 2 weeks of Corporate Support for Soft Opening…..
  10. GRAND OPENING!
